March 22, 2024. Our Research and Development team swiftly addressed these
challenges by identifying the root cause. The 7.1 Patch 01 release on 3/21/24
contained a security feature for API transactions. This security feature
inadvertently led to the performance bottleneck on 3/22/24. In response, we
have released a hotfix on 3/22/24 5:30pm to rectify the issue and have also
developed additional tools to proactively prevent similar occurrences in the
future.
